Scheduling and Access
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property, including access to water, power (if required), and work areas. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unsafe conditions, lack of access, or weather conditions that may affect service quality or safety.
Weather Conditions
Exterior cleaning services are weather dependent. Waterfront Window Washing may reschedule services due to rain, high winds, freezing temperatures, or other conditions that could impact safety or results.
Payment Terms

Customer Responsibilities
- Removing or securing fragile items near work areas
- Informing us of any known issues with surfaces, roofing, or exterior features
- Ensuring pets are secured during service
Waterfront Window Washing is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions or improper installation of materials.
Property Condition and Liability
While we take great care when performing our services, some surfaces may have pre-existing wear, damage, or deterioration that is not visible prior to cleaning. Waterfront Window Washing is not liable for damage caused by underlying conditions, aging materials, or previous neglect.
Satisfaction and Service Concerns
